This is a two-day course where participants will develop skills and knowledge enabling them to:
- effectively undertake health and safety in employment responsibilities associated with the role of Health and Safety representative,
- apply skills and processes to facilitate real changes to effect both the safety systems and safety culture of their particular organisation
Particular emphasis is placed on developing individual action plans which fit the particular workplace environments which each participant represents.
